Sonya Lennon and Brendan Courtney are two of Ireland’s most recognisable faces. First appearing together on RTE’s fashion magazine show, Off The Rails in 2008, they were an instant hit. Since then the two have hosted sold out live events around the country, written two books and started their fashion label Lennon Courtney. Launching a podcast was the natural next step, I mean, who are you these days without one?
Inspired by long car journeys together around the country and trips across the globe, Lennon Courtney Left Alone is a podcast of conversations they have when they’re left alone. Nothing is off the table. Each week they’ll take on topics like Age, Purpose, Money, Worry and Anxiety, Beauty and, well, anything that tickles and provokes them. Episodes are infused with their characteristic humour, joy and honesty that audiences have grown to love for more than ten years.
